If you were notified once during the December 3rd to 7th window asking you to make corrections to your uploaded thumb impression, it becomes your responsibility to make the corrections. If you have missed the window, you missed the opportunity. But again when NBE opens the correction window again, it doesn't remind you again. NBE will not change any information entered by the candidates on its own after completion of application process under any circumstances. It is upto the Candidate to enter the correct information. Once the correction window has been closed, NBE does not guarantee that any request for change in information will be entertained. So if you have missed the chance for the 2nd time as well, the originally uploaded image will stay and as it doesn't meet the set guidelines for uploading images, the application will be rejected and no admit card will be released.
