There is no effect of income certificate on IIM college fees. Fees remains same for all students irrespective of the caste or financial status of student.

But the income certificate will help you later in getting various scholarships offered by different organisations. This will help you a little in covering your fees. Depending on your family income there are even some scholarships which return you your complete college tuition fees.

If you are not able to get any scholarship then you need to bear complete fees of IIM college which is mostly done by students by taking loan through banks. Taking loans frok bank via college is a very easy procedure so you don't need to worry about it.
