Entrance test for admission to graduation in English(Hons) in BHU will be conducted for 2 hours.

There will be a total of 120 MCQs carrying 360 marks with the following sections:

• General Knowledge and Current Affairs with 60 questions,
• Language Comprehension with 30 questions(you can choose to answer in Hindi or English)
• Reasoning Ability with 15 questions,
• Numerical Ability with 15 questions.

You can refer NCERT book for Numerial Ability, Wren and Martin book for grammar, for static portion of GK you can visit any online resource such as GKToday and for dynamic portion go through newspaper everyday, the best option here is The Hindu, you can use the Internet extensively regarding this, visit the sites of various competitive exams, there are many sample papers for each section mentioned above to practice.
