No doubt IIT are best because if you compare the facility in terms of infrastructure faculty members for student the research fortunate is the career opportunities and the funding then not doubt IIT beat even most of the institutes of Indiabut I don't think that you should compare these two colleges because there are many other colleges to compare with IIT.
