Yes, it is 75% for OBC pwd candidate to take admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs and CFTIs or you should be in top 20 percentile.

Sir, I am a PWD candidate.I scored 78.53 percentile in the Joint Main 2019 & 64.40 in 10+2 level . I was alloted a seat in the first round but was cancelled in verification of documents. Could the decimal of 0.10 not be considered to make it positive?
