The eligibility criteria for appearing in JEE Mains are listed below:

The candidate must have completed 10+2 or is pursuing it from a recognized board like CBSE, ICSE, or any other state board.

Students should have passed the 12th class with a minimum of 75% marks or they should be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 exam (65% for SC/ST candidates).

Physics , Chemistry , and Mathematics are compulsory subjects.

The student must be at least 17 years old to appear in the exam.
