With a percentile of 97.0569818, you might be able to get an All India rank of about 25,000. With this rank, even if you are of General Category, you will be able to get at least Electrical and Electronics Engineering  in BIT Mesra, in the second round of counselling if not the first. You can easily get Mechanical Engineering if you want.
