i am getting chemical engineering at bit mesra but i wish to clear NEET 2021 as well since I couldn't do it in 2020. will it be difficult for me to manage? are the exams in bit mesra frequent? please help!

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have got a seat in bit mesra in chemical engineering and you want to clear neet 2021 as well.
I would personally recommend you to decide in what field you are interested. Is it medical or engineering?
As bit mesra has tough schedule and to score well at bit mesra is really difficult.
