As many as 348 MBBS seats and 43 BDS seats are filled through IPU Counsellingf or 85% State Counseliing seats for Colleges like VMMC, ACMS, NDMC, and Dr. BabaSaheb Medical College. So for admission to these Colleges through your NEET score you have to register for IPU. But the last date for registration has been closed on July 31st after being extended and unfortunately it is too late at this point in time. And so you are not eligible for IPU Counselling. However, if you have Delhi's domicile, you can still register for Delhi State Counselling for admission in Colleges like MAMC, UCMS, Lady Hardinge Medical College.

For national level counselling on 15% All India Quota seats  MCC is the conducting authority. So here MCC will be conducting the counselling for NEET for that 15% seats and if you are seeking admission through this then there is no need to registering separately for it but yes if you have to take part in state counselling of Delhi then you have to register yourselves with GGSIPU counselling process.
