As per last few years cutoff trend you have a good chance of getting your desired branches in some of the colleges like:

Information Technology, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Civil Engineering in Cochin University College of Engineering, Kuttanad
Information Technology in School of Engineering, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Ernakulam
