Dear student,

As you have secured 9000 St rank in jee mains, then there is no chance that you can get any NIT or iiits even from your home state quota.
Now as you belong from Telangana, then still there is no chance that you can get NIT Warangal. Also you cannot get neighbour nits like NIT Trichy, NIT Andhra Pradesh, etc because for getting a seat in St category, your rank must be under 2000 and if you secure under 2000 then you will get some of the good nits or lower nits. But still for top nits you have to secure under 700 st rank.
With this much 9000 St rank you cannot get even the lower and it was like NIT Meghalaya, NIT Nagaland, NIT Mizoram, etc.
Also there is no chance that you can get iiits or gftis.

Better you try for some other state colleges for some private Institutions like kalinga institute of industrial technology, etc.
