As you can see that your question is little incomplete as you have not mentioned the name of the field for which actually you are looking Government colleges in Delhi, so saying about it would nit be easy, but definitely i can say you that there are benefits of state quota as a the most seats are reserved for that particular state students only and a small margin of seats are secured for Out state students also.
