The eligibility criteria for admission in MSc in Neuroscience says that the candidate must have completed a bachelors degree in science and must have scored minimum 50% marks in undergraduate exams.

Since, you have taken BSC in neurophysiology technology which indeed is a biological science course, you are eligible to take admission for this course. Note that minimum age limit is 20 years. Some colleges give admission based on merit whereas some colleges conduct entrance exams for the same.
