503 is a good score and you can get a good college (govt) in BDS and Ayurveda. But for MBBS you really need to have a score above 550 for a good college. This year we are already expecting a good rise in the cut offs, so final declaration of getting or not-getting a college can be only made post result announcement. 

For vetenary, there is a separate way of getting a admission.
