Based on your rank in OC girls category you can get a seat in ec branch and vlsi specialization in Chalapathi Institute of Engineering and Technology. The cutoff for this colleges was way higher than your rank, so you can easily expect a seat in this college in your desired branch.
Another college which offers VLSI and embedded systems course is V R Siddhartha Engineering college under Acharya Nagarjuna University. But from last year's data seats did not remian for OC girls category in VLSI course in this college.
But cutoffs vary every year and hence you should apply for both the college. May be this year you could get a seat.
