The fee structure will be the same for all except for the fact the fees reimbursement.  So here is the fee structure of Andhra University -

For M.Ed - ₹9,800 per annum 

For M. Sc - ₹12,200 per annum 

For B.Tech - ₹45,800 per annum 

However there will be additional charges such as transportation, hostel, library, examination fees. 

You will be given this information while counselling.
