Hello Jyoti,

I am going to put some last year trends below for a rough idea -

UPSEE 2016–432 marks-Rank around 3800 in General Category

UPSEE 2015–432 marks-Rank around 1600 in General Category

UPSEE 2014–432 marks-Rank around 2300 in General Category

So no one can predict your rank from your marks, as counseling is based on secured ranks, not marks obtained. To get a seat in a govt. College your rank should be under 6000 if you belong to the general category, which you do.
