Dear Sanskriti as per your percentile and previous year rank list I can say you can get NITs colleges like NIT Silchar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Guwahati, NITDurgapur, NIT Arunachal Pradesh CSE, NIT Uttarakhand etc and your rank lie above 25k might be you don't get top NITs but you get newly developed NITs and you can choose according to your branch preferences.

You need minimum of 75% in 12th exams to be eligible for NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Since you have secured more than 75% in boards you are clearly eligible for NITs IIITs and GFTIs. The percentage required for eligibility is is the overall percentage of 12th and not in just combination of PCM or any other subjects.
