You need minimum of 75% in 12th exams to be eligible for NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Since you have secured more than 75% in boards you are clearly eligible for NITs IIITs and GFTIs. The percentage required for eligibility is is the overall percentage of 12th and not in just combination of PCM or any other subjects.
