First of all, don't worry.
If you are done with the payment, corrections of any kind won't be allowed but if you are still to do the payment then go for a change.
Still What you can do is start a fresh, register yourself with new email id and contact no. Fill the form once again.
It's not late, the last date to submit an application form is 17th June'19.
