At this rank there is no chance of getting MBBS government college but for BDS you are having some chances so you can wait for it till last round of counselling.

Now in case of private colleges BDS is easily available for you and it's fees is also not very high.

But for MBBS you have to pay a huge amount of fees and donation by the way it's a better option if you can afford it.
