Electronic and communication engineering from Lakshmi Narayan College of Technology will be better option. Placement for CSE, IT and ECE branch are good here. Overall Infrastructure is above average in this college. Quality of teacher is good. In  Dr BC Roy engineering college, all things are good like infrastructure, faculty quality etc but in term of placement it lacks.
Most important, Choose your branch as per your interest.
