I would suggest you to go for Shiksha 'O' Anusandhan University in Bhubaneswar over private colleges of Uttar Pradesh Technical University. This is because SOA University is a Deemed to be University and also accredited by NAAC "A" Grade. Also every year this university comes under good rank band in NIRF Rankings. If you will take admission in UPTU college then you will be studying in a College affiliated to an University whereas if you take admission in University itself like SOA then it will be good to you. It's not that UPTU affiliated colleges are bad it is just that this university is a step ahead of these colleges. I hope now it is clear to you.
