No I have never about such thing from TS icet so I assure that It may not correct but its better you go and ask the college management about this issue so they may give you a full clarity because sometimes it also depends upon college and its management check wheter you are eligible to it or not

TSICET is entrance exam to do your graduation in MBA and MCA and based on your rank and caste definitely you will get admission in any jntu colleges according to previous year cutoff rank and no college provide free hostels for students you need to pay amount it's different from college to college approximately it will rang from 60-1lakh per year hostel fees
