see cutoff score based on certain category like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, students category, choice of stream etc. however you did not mention which of the category you belongs to. if this rank mentioned in the question is general category then less chances of selection in cse IT. however for private college like bp poddar institute of technology you have decent chances.
