After the cut off is released you need to login and you can see for which colleges and branch you are eligible. After checking the list of the colleges you need to choose a college and branch in the admission portal. If you are satisfied. After selecting you need report at the respective college that you have choosed for document verification and completion of admission process.

It depends on how many people who have scored above or equal to you. If there are more than one student with same marks the list will be published on the basis of various criteria. For example you can be listed based on your category,marks obtained on previous studies etc. So check the guidelines for publishing the list in the official website if available. All the best
