TENTATIVE SCORE IN CLAT 2019 IS---130/200. ANY CHANCE IN GETTING IN ANY LOWER NLU CONSIDERING THE HEAVY SCORING DONE BY CANDIDATES

Absolutely you have chances of getting into atleast 10 NLUs. The minimum score required by the top most NLU i.e NLSIU is 137 for general category. And they might have kept this cutoff keeping in mind how the students generally perform. So with the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere near 500. So you can definitely expect few NLUs. And you can surely apply for the NLU in your state so you can have an edge.
