Dear Aspirant
I would like to tell you this rule has been kept this year because many board exam this year was disturbed due to corona and many subject marks was given based on relative performance, although this benefit also applies for pass-out. But I would like to tell you that this rule may not be next year and its depend on the situation if board exam conducts.

Hey there

There is no such news that the reforms which have been taken will not apply for 2021 or years after 2021. Most probably these are permanent reforms and not going to change till government itself does not intervene.
