You should send a mail with your application number to the official mail id through the official website. 

It is necessary to clarify this as you would be otherwise asked to produce the mark sheet with your hindi subject scores of class 12th.

In case the issue is not resolved through mail or telephone, you might have to fill a new form with the correct details.
