See there is nothing special in Chengalpattu medical college.. A common first year MBBS student needs to carry a lot of spirit, confidence and will to pursue his studies and to make a bright career.
Talking about the documents, you may need to submit some of them if you had missed them in the initial stage like the domicile certificate or the medical certificate, etc.

Talking about the studies now, The first year subjects are Anatomy, Bio-Chemistry and Physiology.

Chaurasia is mostly preferred among Indian Medical Students for its easy to understand language. Gray's Anatomy is also a good book because its English and way of presentation of each topics is fascinating. Again its based on individual preferences. Guyton is also a very good book for Physiology. These are books by International authors which are costly. You can find them in college library as well. Your faculty can recommend you books by Indian Authors as well.

Thank you.
