Dear aspirant,
Thanks for contacting Careers 360.
This is possible but you will have to pay the bond fees to leave the medical college you are studying at.
But why do you want to leave your medical college? Perhaps, maybe you want a better college (based on reputations). But let me tell you one thing, MBBS college does not matter. Its the PG college which matters a lot. You can be a good doctor, no matter from which college you are pursuing your MBBS. Study hard and try to get PG in a good medical college.
Still if you are mentally prepared to face NEET 2019, you can, however, it is a bit risky. But nothing is impossible.
Thank You

Dear Palak, you can appear for NEET based on your highest qualification which is 10+2. You made it once and you can do it again. But the concern here is your certificates which are in the college that you are studying in. You may have to shell out the complete course fees because the college is losing a potential candidate for the entire term of the course. And you need to pay the same fees again in the new college if you get a seat this time as well. So you are paying fees twice for a single course. Rather, you can check if the college that you want to attend has a seat vacancy and you can check eith your administration if you can take a transfer.
