We can say they have equal value but this year many universities have cancelled their CET examination and taking admission based on 12th score so in that case 12th marks is very important to get a seat. In universities where the admission is still based on CET scores, the importance of marks in CET is more important because they use 12th marks as only eligibility and candidates having more than 60% marks are eligible to appear and secure admission through any of the CET exams.
