it is the first time ever when AIIMS are conducting admission through neet examination so predicting cut off marks is quite difficult for Aiims

Also,
cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination etc and AIIMS will be providing admission through all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high

keeping these things in mind you should target at least  680 marks for AIIMS Delhi and at least 650 marks for other AIIMS  in your neet examination if you belong to general category
