I am assuming you are from general category. Based on your overall academic profile, you will need to score atleast 99.9 percentile to get a call for the next round.

This is just the eligibility criteria set by the college. You never stand a chance to get a call at such percentile from IIMA . Just buckle up and score a very good percentile in case you want to join this college.

See 80% percentile is just an eligibility criteria along with min cut off marks obtained through the other parameters like 10th, 12th, graduation marks, work experience, engineer or non engineer and gender.
Clearing these 2 things will only make you eligible for being evaluated further. There is no surity of getting a call for interview and WSAT round.

If you are eligible you will be put up in the merit list and then top students are called for interview which are generally in ratio of 1:5 with no of seats to no. of students called for interview round.

Seeing the trend of last few years you generally get a call for interview if you have scored above 99.67 percentile in general category. As mentioned above the criteria of eligibility is very essential as in 2015 one of my friend fail to clear a min points criteria because of his poor academic records and even after scoring 99.83 percentile he didn't got a call from IIM A and B.

So aim for a very high percentile if you are looking forward to get a call from IIM A.
