Through NEET (Karnataka Counselling), I got a Dental seat in pvt college with private fees. I am trying for MBBS. So, I plan to exercise my choice to 'pay the fees for my current allotment' and then 'oppty for second round alottment'. But, after 2nd round, will I get fee refund of round 1 ?

You will get to excercise free exit since you are registering for upgradation to mbbs seat in the second round of neet counselling however the case may vary depending on the institute (since you have enrolled in a private institute).
