Bro JEE Mains is a national level exam amd is followed by many top colleges and even for IIT you have to pass JEE Mains. So JEE Main will definately provide with a better range of colleges.

Since jee mains is for NIT and IIIT college ,which give addmisision to any nit and iiit college in India on basis of there marks.
So my advice is to jee mains.
