Chance are less according to the limited seats for medical.
U can apply till the Cut off list is over.
U will get once general category is selected.
For Management Quota that for medical seat will around 1 Cr but depends on the region u selected in TN.

You may get admission in 2 round of the councilling .
But definitely have decent chance for getting admission in good private college.
