Correct Answer: 18 years

Solution : The correct answer is 18 years.

The minimum voting age in India is 18 years old. Earlier, it was 21 years, but the constitution was amended through the 61st Amendment Act, of 1988, which reduced the voting age from 21 years to 18 years. It was done on the recommendations of the Tarkunde committee. Article 326 talks about universal adult suffrage.
