Both are concerned.  NEET examination is conducted  to get admission in all medical colleges across the country except that for the AIIMS and JIPMER, they conduct there own separate examination for the admission to the college.

And to appear for NEET you must have scored a aggregate minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in Class 12 or HSC examination. 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC.
