Can i take admission in mbbs if i fail in physics and chemistry in 12 cbse exam,400 marks in neet ug exam?

You not be elligible to answer NEET exam if you fail in your board exams. To be eligible for NEET you have to:-
Once you have cleared the above, only then you will be able to answer NEET exam.
If you have failed, you will have to clear those papers before Counselling to prevent cancellation of your candidature or apply again next year.

- Pass in your 12th Board Examination overall
- Score a 50% aggregate in your PCB subjects i.e. physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Once you have cleared the above, only then you will be able to answer NEET exam.

if i give the compartment exam in 2 subject after compartment can i take admission in BAMS college?

That depends whether you can clear them before the Counselling procedure, if so, there are high chances they will accept your candidature provided you have a good score in NEET
