Top college for artificial Intelligence in India is IIIT Hyderabad.  It is the only college currently with full fledged B Tech in Artificial Intelligence. The course will have an intake of 20 students through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Advanced).

IIIT DELHI

IIIT Delhi has also started its Btech in AI course from 2019 and it is also a very good course. Admissions will be on the basis of JEE mains score.
