Hello, there is no branch specific top college. It is degree specific top college. It will cover IIT and NIT. For private college you can prefer BITS. There also many private colleges who provides this course with maximum understanding lectures and concept clearance.
So in any college you join for engineering you will get full assistance for learning from the faculties.
In other hand you have to make yourself learn concepts where it is he hard enough. Things are not easy for a engineer but it gets easy with time.
So just appear any entrance and join a good college as per your rank. You can learn and make adjustments as per time.
