Yes u can get the admission in du based on the  cutoff list released by the du. As 89% is quite good. This will help you to get admission into best one.

It depends upon the category you belong to and the stream you would be taking admission into.

As far as your % is considered, 89% is good enough to get admission in any of the colleges of Delhi University.

You might not get any of the best college of du, but you’re eligible to get admitted in DU.
