There are several entrance exam held for bpt here is link attached https://www.careers360.com/courses/bpt-bachelor-of-physiotherapy without neet you can get admission in bpt just make sure in mind that you are above 17 and +2 with science and a minimum of 50 percentile in all subjects, but to avail benefits of pmsss you have to qualify any entrance exam held by state/central government.
