As per your question, one must pass the IIT JEE qualification exam or you should possess good high  percentage of marks in (physics, chemistry and mathematics) in +2 with high aggregate.

If u want to have seat in aeronautical  engineering without these , u should pay management quota, so much lakhs of rupees.

So, it's difficult for you to get seat in aeronautical engineering without JEE mains.
