Wanted to apply for biotech from vit vellore i am from bio stream can i apply for vit entrance exam??

Yes. You can apply for VITEEE 2018 exam.
Bio Stream studnet can apply for Biotechnology, Biomedical and CSE with spec. in Bioinformatics B.tech degree .
You should have secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the 12th exam (50% for the SC/ST & North Eastern State candidates).
