Yes you can definitely expect Government colleges at this score:

  • Cooch behar Government engineering college for Mechanical branch
  • Government college of engineering and textile Technology for electrical branch
  • Techno India University for CSE branch
  • University institute of technology Burdwan for Electrical and Instrumentation branch.

These are all good prospects of conversion.
You can also get private colleges like Heritage institute of technology and Haldia Institute of Technology for Electrical and Civil engineering.
