HI SAKSHAM,

NO!!Your Alloted seat in 2nd round will remain alloted if the upgradation is unavailable in the 3rd round.So dont worry and apply for Upgradation.BUT if Upgradation is done then your previously alloted seat will get cancelled and you would be eligible to take admission on the upgraded seat alloted only.
