No, the Mop up round of WBJEE counselling 2019 is not going to happen as per the news and wbjee office examination help desk.

But you can try in Spot round counselling of WBJEE which is surely going to be conducted to fill up the vacant seats. The date for registration for Spot Round Counselling is expected to be in First week of July.

No, this year wbjee will not conduct mop-up round. generally, it should be held after 20th July and many colleges are going to start in August. probably this year they won't conduct it. The only thing you can do is contact to there helpline.
