The IIIT Bhubaneshwar admissions are based on two conditions: 50% seats are filled through JEE Mains and rest 50% through Odisha board vacancies. You will be able to get IIIT if you belong to Odisha with this rank. Your chances will improve if you are an OBC or SC/ST candidate. I am assuming the rank you gave is of JEE Mains. So, in general category, it will be pretty hard for you to get into IIIT or CFIT with this rank.
