DU does offer B.Tech course. CIC (cluster innovation center) and NSIT are the two offering B.Tech. CIC offers B.Tech in 2 domain

Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations 

 while NSIT offers in almost all. CIC has its own entrance exam that is duet, tentative date for duet is last week of may, 2019.

NSIT take admission on the basis of JEE mains.

Since you want to take admission in btech in DU then you have to appear in an entrance exam of DU known as DUET on basis of that you will get to place in DU for Btech.
